Our Team

Sara Parady has been the Director of New Business since 2009.  She has been with The C.O.R.E. Group since 2007.  She values the relationships she builds with advisors and works diligently to provide them with service that consistently exceeds their expectations. She is a respected leader, effective communicator, and valued mentor.  She advocates for our advisors’ clients and consistently achieves great underwriting outcomes for them.  When unexpected issues arise in a case, she is relentless and proactive in finding acceptable solutions.  Her leadership provides The C.O.R.E. Group Case Management team with guidance, direction, and mentorship.  Our advisors love working with her.   She is married to Scott and has three boys, Noah, Elliot and Braxton.
